HFA simply stands for Health Fitness Assessment. It's a simple one, who cares about the results as long as your attendance is taken.

So I woke up at around 9 and got out at around 12 to look for lunch buddies. However, I didn't find any and went for the HFA. After that I had lunch with another friend who also didn't get to find any lunch buddy, and studied till dinner. I went swimming alone to burn off some stupid fat and returned to my room. I did my laundry and vacuumed the room tonight so I won't have to do them on the next day.

Let's see, I think I'll go out for grocery shopping tomorrow.
