From the title, you can tell what I did last night. (It's 2am now I know I should have been sleeping but I just washed my hair so just let it dry while I type this)
I woke up at 8:30am as my Friday starts with a class at LSK at 10:30am. I wasn't late for the class.
After class, I had lunch with bro A. I'm not very sure but I could feel that he's being ditched by my other friends, as no one tagged along (or perhaps they had lunch earlier). I'm fine with that as my class will end at 12pm so I'll need a lunch buddy too. Well, he deserved that, thanks to his own character. He thought he could be ego as long as he has money. Please bro, you're in the uni, who cares about your money? Your personality is bad, but not the worst. I understand it's hard to change, but you should at least, try. This boy doesn't take any advice though so I shall not waste time on that.
I went to the "Popular Books" corner of the library to search for Haruki Murakami's newest novel, Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage. I don't even know what's the book about, but the long name did catch my eyes. Maybe I just needed inspiration. I'm not very familiar with my uni's library online system, so I didn't realize that the book was just ordered, but hasn't arrive. I wasted some time looking for a book which doesn't exist, but I found two books which I wanted to read! I'm kinda satisfied by this little surprise and immediately borrowed them! They now lie on my desk waiting for me to finish them :) /omgsoundsfunnywtf
I read a bit of the first volume during my EnviroEng class, and was a little happy to stick to this hobby again. After class, I took the hill path back to my hall, and the walk was so enjoyable despite walking alone. The breeze, the sun, the view makes me wanna just stop and enjoy the moment on the way back. I loved the things in my view so much I had to stop and take my phone out several times to take photos. How much I wish I had an iPhone 5/5S at these moments.
I went back to my room and watched/listened/ok listened to The Borrower Arriety. My roommate came back so I stopped and instead read my book. And yea, I gif-ed. Just for fun. My roommate slept while I bathed and got ready to go out at 5:45pm.
As usual senpai R was late. We reached CwB at around 7pm and went to this restaurant to book for our place at 7:30pm. We were here last week, but couldn't get a place unless we wait until 9:30pm so we decided to try this out this week and catch a movie after dinner! Sounds perfect, isn't it? The food was GOOD, but eating at this kinda high-class place is not really my thing I guess. Dining etiquette is my nightmare. Not to forget the price. Well, I would say it is still alright once in a while. I'll pokai + get fat damn fast if I eat like this every week.
We walked around after dinner while waiting for our movie time. The streets were nicely decorated as Christmas is coming soon. I brought my instax out but didn't get the chance to use it. We only took 2 with senpai J's camera (senpai R borrowed from him).
The movie. I'm not really a movie person, so my comments would be very inaccurate and inapplicable to most people. The story... could be better. I wonder why the main idea started from the fact of how people are so greedy. They greed for power and status. After they gained that they waste. They started to think they're too great and think that the others are rubbish. It's a bit hard to write this in English. I can't explain myself very well. Let's leave it till next time.
P.S. I haven't watch/read the first part of the trilogy, but I kinda know about the story through my little sister.
The movie was two and a half hours long. We rushed to the MTR station to get on to the last MTR, and we took a cab back to the uni after reaching Hang Hau. The red cab is indeed more expensive.
I washed my hair as I didn't do that last night. That's why I always get back to my hall right away after dinner.
Finally, good night.
