As a little effort to regulate my diet while being away from home, I decided to start recording my daily food intakes. No serious food photography involved and all photos taken with the iPhone 6 only.

L: Overnight soup (lotus root, chicken breast and black beans) with rice
S: Half a cinnamon roll from Acme + pour over coffee from Sightglass Coffee Stand at the Ferry Building
D: Pad thai from King of Thai Noodle House + chocolate froyo topped with pretzels from Pinkberry
Sunday
B: Bread with peanut butter
L: Tri-color tomato pasta
D: Sweet potato soup
Monday
B: Oatmeal with granola and almond milk
L: Roasted duck noodles at Imm Thai
D: Oatmeal with peach
Tuesday
B: Oatmeal with granola and almond milk
L: Roasted beef sandwich + peanut butter chocolate cookie from Stuffed Inn (my second visit) + weird duck latte from the Coffee Lab
D: Instant tonkotsu ramen
Wednesday
B: Oatmeal with granola and almond milk
L: Tri-tip rice bowl at Brazil Fresh Squeeze Cafe (my second visit)
D: Oatmeal with cocoa powder
Thursday
B: Oatmeal with granola and almond milk
S: Nature Valley's peanut butter flavored chunky granola bar
L: 2 blueberry scones from Trader Joe's with instant coffee + salted edamame
D: Salted edamame, corn, some leftover choi sum and mashed potato (potato, salt, paprika, pepper, almond milk and shredded parmesan cheese. Too bad I didn't have butter) + a grapefruit
Friday
B: Blueberry scone with English breakfast tea + almond milk
L: Spaghetti aglio e olio with sauteed mushrooms (done in 30 mins woots)
D: Garlic naan with lamb curry (they even have goat curry lol) at Kabana
Saturday
B: The last blueberry scone with English breakfast tea + almond milk
L: Udon noodle soup with cabbage and chikuwa + edamame
D: Udon tomyam noodle soup with cabbage, tomato and tuna
S: Greek yoghurt with caramelized apples
