I've been eating really unhealthily this week... -a result of an empty fridge and a stressed out body.

D: Sweet potato soup, edamame and some wasabi peas
Monday

L: Sushirrito (B1) from Sushi Secrets + Caramel Frap
D: Vegan udon noodle soup (cabbage + kimchi) cos I ran out of ingredients
was checking with my parents if there's any problems with the sweet potato (it's got some black pits)
Tuesday

S: Medium coffee from The Coffee Lab
L: Shrimp spring roll from Heavenly like finally
D: Instant ramen with cabbage
S: Yogurt with granola
Wednesday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Special burrito (carnitas) from La Burrita -their salsa goes super well with their free chips!
D: Sweet potato soup + three Nature Valley's crunchy granola bars, so addicting
S: An apple and wasabi peas
Thursday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
S: Medium size coffee latte from The Coffee Lab
L: Skipped
D: Attempted meatless ABC soup -pretty good but doesn't really taste like it :(
S: Yogurt with granola
Friday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Nature Valley's granola bar and edamame
D: A slice of vegan pizza from Sliver, some Doritos with yogurt and mandarin oranges
Saturday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Chinese Food in Chinatown, Oakland
S: Extra thick hot cocoa (I added a piece of mint chocolate) cos I didn't get coffee
D: Leftovers from lunch
