weekly bld iv : 3/13-3/19

I know it's been two weeks late, but I just got back from LA and have so much work to do so prolly will update the blog again on the coming weekend T^T
The week before spring break has been really happening, it was Pi day and I skipped class to go to the Exploratorium. I had my first Taiwanese hotpot in the US, and finally tried Cinnaholic which was hella sweet. I also sprained my right leg while dashing to get to a door three days before my spring break vacation, left Berkeley on Friday night but I just had to check out the Berkeley Lab (managed to get off the wait list for the public tour!) in the morning it's super cool and is reviving the science geek in me. The weather has been really good for the week, and the journey to Grand Canyon was accompanied by too much junk food.

Sunday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Udon noodle soup with leftover Shandong chicken from yesterday's lunch
S: A cup of hot cocoa
D: Tomato pasta with sauteed mushrooms and crsipy pancetta bits -so good
S: Yogurt with fruits and a sprinkle of granola



Monday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Brown rice with kimchi fried egg and stir fry cabbage
S: Secret Breakfast from Humphry Slocombe
D: Japanese curry udon, cabbage salad and edamame

Tuesday 
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Taiwanese seafood hotpot at Tasty Pot with HJ on the last day of their 15% discount offer
D: Yogurt with apple, mandarin oranges and Doritos + edamame -sorta clean/junk eating cos I'm so stressed out



Wednesday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Beef bowl combo from KoJa
D: Yogurt with fruits, granola and Doritos + edamame

Thursday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
S: Double cappuccino from The Coffee Lab
L: Spaghetti aglio e olio with crispy pancetta and sauteed mushrooms
S: Yogurt with mandarin orange and granola
D: Brown rice with kimchi fried egg, stir-fried cabbage and sauteed mushrooms



Friday
B: Oatmeal with chocolate granola and almond milk
L: Sandwich from The Sandwich Zone
D: Made some extra tasty kimchi fried rice -used up all of my pancetta and mushrooms before I leave!

Saturday
B: Apple Danish with hot green tea latte from Starbucks
L: 2 piece chicken platter (mash potato & coleslaw) from Popeye's
D: Buffet at Edgewater Laughlin
