Monday
B: Oatmeal with almond milk and chocolate granola
L: Mango salmon poke from Simply Bowl -I knew this is the taste I craved for!
D: Asian stir-fried fusilli with mushrooms, cabbage and carrot
S: Greek yogurt with fig butter and mandarin orange

Tuesday 
B: Overnight oats (steel-cut oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia and fig butter) with banana
L: Packed lunch from last night's Asian stir-fried fusilli with mushrooms, cabbage and carrot
D: Mash potato, scrambled egg, sauteed mushrooms and grilled tomato
S: Greek yogurt with fig butter, apples, mandarin oranges and chia

Wednesday
B: Overnight oats (steel-cut oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia and fig butter) with banana
L: Packed lunch from last night's dinner + chai tea
D: My first attempt on sweet potato fries + Greek yogurt with choc granola

Thursday
B: Chocobanana oatmeal with milk
S: Double cappucino from The Coffee Lab
L: Catfish mango rice bowl from Heavenly food truck -today's their last day T^T
D: Leftover from lunch



Friday

L: Aglio e olio (fusilli) with mushrooms and edamame
S: Desert before dinner - churroffle with honey milk ice-cream from Little Gem
D: Salted edamame

Saturday
B: Chocobanana oatmeal with milk
L: Yogurt with fig butter and apple
S: Wasabi peas & choco granola
D: Kimchi stew with canned sardines & brown rice
