cheung chau

I've only been to Cheung Chau in my fourth year in Hong Kong, and there was no excuse other than laziness. An hour's journey on the ferry from Central brought us to the laid-back lifestyle on the fishing island, where the hustle and bustle of the city gets toned down, and all you want to think of is snacks and cycling. It was close to holiday when we arrive, so it's not surprising to see the crowd everywhere: from the main street to the beaches to the restaurants. We didn't bike but got to the places on foot, and Cheung Chau did not disappoint.
