riga, latvia

A beautiful city I visited in summer, 2016. Riga was a nice place to chill, and definitely a place for architecture lovers. Great choices of colors to mix-match on the walls and windows -am already imagining my town in acnl to look like this, probably with fewer churches. Can't leave out dessert and cheap berries -had my first gooseberries here and they sure taste healthy!

Again, I probably need to hit myself real hard for framing so many scenes in portrait orientation. I totally should hate myself for taking too many pictures again. Sorry if these are a little too much for you, I just really liked places with rivers.

A hell lot of portrait (I mean the orientation) shots. I had no clue why I captured so many scenes on the European streets this way, probably thanks to the iPhone. The Old Town of Riga is super photogenic and I'm super thankful to be able to stay overnight here. I probably also started to imagine how other parts of Europe look like: stone-paved roads, red brick walls, pastel colored fairy tale style houses... And we were finally blessed with an abundance of sunlight after last night's downpour. I am so obsessed with the pastel-rainbow-colored buildings in that alley, where dad got a good amount of featuring there thanks to that A Good Father signboard.
