i grow bruises

I woke up early today, much earlier than usual, and watched sunrise from my window. Obviously I did not forget to shoot the process, but I didn't shoot one with the instax.
I set my alarm on the phone to 6:30a.m., as I promised my friend to go to gym together at 8 o' clock. I do things slow, so I would need to wake up that early. My morning tasks include soaking a lemon in warm water, cutting and squeezing it, spreading jam and peanut butter on bread, make coffee and have breakfast before going to shower and packing my bag. (See, I'm that slow)
My first gym experience was good, probably because I have a nice friend who was so familiar with the facilities. She taught me how to use the treadmill, and also another equipment (I forgot the name orz).
After that, we left the gym and was about to return to our halls to take a shower. Then we met some other friends who were going for a sports skill workshop going on in the morning. I didn't want to go to that workshop (although it contributes 2 hours to the Health1010 course), but in the end I went, as I was already wearing (informal) sportswear.
During the workshop, we can choose to follow any group of sports we wanted to try out. I wanted to try out archery, but too bad it's grouped with soccer (never never never); so I chose a combination of squash, volleyball and kendo. I have sports phobia (just pure laziness), so I've not tried any of them before. Squash was fun, just I didn't have the energy to hit the ball way higher to the wall; volleyball was tiring, I got myself new bruises in the form of purple spots on my right hand, somewhere close to my wrist (literally disgusting); and learned some basic kendo steps from the senpais. The demonstration for kendo was fun (but violent), I totally didn't expect them to growl and move that way (or maybe we're too soft), but it looked fun.
I didn't join my friends for lunch, as I recall that I have a piece of bread and some sushi left in my room. Also, I needed to take a bath! However, I quickly left my hall after bathing and eating, as I have a library tour scheduled at 1pm and another talk at 2:30pm.
Now, I've completed all of them and am typing them down.
Later we'll be having another event held by the ISA at 7pm.
And perhaps that will be the end of the day (will update later).
And yeah, tonight's dinner is sushi. 2 boxes of sushi (38HKD) lasted me 3 meals. I hope I don't get any stomach problems though.
