We went to Gwangjang Market one day after class. It's located nearby the girls' dorm, I fell asleep and almost missed the timing to meet up with the guys. Luckily I've got my dear Y to knock on my door and wake me up! I didn't realize that Running Man has came to this place eventhough I've watched the episode before orz
I really enjoyed the food here, and the atmosphere in the market is so warm and welcoming. It makes foreigners like us feel like we can really experience what the Koreans do after work, where they go to eat and drink. That's the whole purpose of going for study abroad! To live the way the others live!
I'm really lucky to have friends who can speak Korean. At least we can order food even without an English menu and the ahjummas know what we want! Most importantly, they know what to order!
We had kongguksu, blood sausage, naengmyeon, seafood pancakes, kimbap and makgeolli for dinner.
After dinner, we walked along Cheonggyecheon to Dongdaemun. In Seoul, you'll slowly get used to walking as it's the cheapest way to travel around, and you'll probably enjoy strolling down the streets at night cos it's not that hot or sunny.
