It was Pi Day and I visited where it was invented -the Exploratorium near Pier 15. I've been so cheapskate during my stay in the Bay Area, having visited so many places on their free days and I couldn't bear to miss this one (plus I didn't feel like going to that class). I arrived at about 1:30pm and immediately knew where to go after seeing that really long queue.
It wasn't easy to photograph these while trying to play with every piece by your own. It was really crowded on that day and I could only try to make the most out of my visit. Come here with some friends who love science and it'll be extremely fun!
All photos taken with Nikon Df +50mm f/1.4 and processed in Lightroom5.
