L: Chicken wings + potato salad tea set from the university cafe
D: Fried rice and fried tofu at G/F restaurant

Wednesday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds
L: Spicy McChicken set from McD
D: Leftover fried rice from the night before

Thursday
B: Sweet potatoes + coffee
L: Spaghetti aglio e olio with sauteed mushrooms and salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, quinoa and chickpeas)
S: Cheesecake and caramel macchiato from Starbucks
D: Quinoa and chickpeas, steamed tofu and steamed egg

Friday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola and chia seeds
L: Dimsum at G/F restaurant
D: Made porridge (brown rice, anchovies soup base, carrots and ginger) with fried eggs and stir-fried veggies

Saturday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds + coffee
L: Shin ramyun with kimchi and veggies
S: Half an orange and half a pear
D: Guacamole with blue corn chips and Campbell's mushroom soup
S: Half a pear
