L: Soup dumplings with veggies
D: Ramen
S: Sushi + orange + honey lemon

Monday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds + lemon honey
L: Bento -inarizushi, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and avocado dressed in lemon juice
D: Fusilli aglio e olio with sauteed mushrooms, wild rocket and chickpeas
S: Greek yogurt with honey, blueberries, cranberries and granola

Tuesday 
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds + lemon honey
L: Last night's pasta + wild rocket, chickpeas and cherry tomatoes salad
D: Brown rice congee (cooked in cabbage soup), a few dumplings and a little chickpeas

Wednesday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds
L: Porridge and some dimsum at G/F restaurant
D: Dumplings with cabbage soup

Thursday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds
L: A really good salad (quinoa, avocado, chickpeas, wild rocket, cherry tomatoes with black pepper, salt, olive oil and lemon juice)
D: Still dumplings with cabbage soup

Friday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds
L: Still a really good salad
D: Sushi from Genki Sushi


Saturday
B: Rolled oats with milk, granola, banana and chia seeds + coffee
L: ABC soup with rice
S: Lemon honey, a pear and some chocolate digestive biscuits
D: Leftovers from lunch
