bld v. hk (9/10-15/10/16)

I've been religiously drinking a lot of snow chrysanthemum tea after buying that tea infuser from IKEA. They claimed that drinking it can help to relieve your eyesore from staring too much at the digital screens.

Sunday
B: Rolled oats with granola, milk and chia seeds
L: Noodles with dumplings in egg drop soup (things you can make with an empty fridge)
D: Had lots of fried chicken with grapefruit cocktail at Chirchir Fusion Factory

Monday
B: Rolled oats with granola, milk and chia seeds
L: Chicken mushroom pie from Starbucks
D: Sushi from Sushi Takeout
S: Soy milk

Tuesday 
B: Rolled oats with granola, milk, banana and chia seeds
L: Inarizushi with steamed broccoli drizzled with garlic infused olive oil, cherry tomatoes and chickpeas (am I the only one who flips the inarizushi to expose the rice when eating it...?)

S: A pear

Wednesday
B: Rolled oats with granola, milk, banana and chia seeds
L: Steamed broccoli and chickpeas with garlic infused olive oil, cherry tomatoes and lettuce
D: Aglio e olio fusilli with sauteed mushrooms
S: Yogurt with granola

Thursday
B: Rolled oats with granola, milk, banana and chia seeds
L: Steamed broccoli and chickpeas with garlic infused olive oil, cherry tomatoes and fusilli
S: Chicken wings with egg salad + coffee from the university's cafe
D: Chinese food from G/F restaurant

Friday
B: Rolled oats with granola, milk and chia seeds
L: Porridge and dimsum from G/F restaurant
S: 4:30pm coffee
D: Bak kut teh with butter rice and stir-fried veggies


Saturday
B: Granola with yogurt
S: Chipotle chicken with guacamole toastie + cafe latte from Starbucks
L: Skipped
S: Jagabee purple potato snack, digestive biscuits, black soy milk and dragonfruit
D: Seafront sorta oden
