winsskuiss #9: gangchon rail park & chuncheon

Picture-heavy alert (!)

This post is full of summery images, despite the weather outside is so gloomy I'm smiling like a fool inside seeing these pictures. Such good memories with the friends I met in Seoul.
We went to the Gangchon Rail Park which Running Man went in ep. 144 (I obviously googled orz) which is... pretty far from our place. One of our friends J took the wrong train and ended up paying the penalty for taking an ITX without ticket. The poor guy lost his wallet on the ITX and didn't get to join us for the ride.
The weather was great! I didn't know the carts come with shade, and I'm really thankful that Koreans are really afraid of getting tanned like the way I am. I got on a 4 person cart with another three guys, so it wasn't too hard for me to cycle ŲŠ(^ᴗ^)Ûļ
The view is totally different from what you've seen in Seoul, it's on the outskirts so expect a lot of greens and blues! This place is perfect for a weekend getaway, especially for people who wants to get closer to the nature and relax.

After completing the trail we went to Chuncheon, a city nearby for sightseeing. We had the famous dakgalbi in one of the restaurants in Myeongdong. Funny to know that there's another Myeongdong in Chuncheon (~‾⌣‾)~
My friends decided to visit the Soyang Dam after strolling the streets. We took a taxi there as it's not a place we know how to reach (āš‘´ã…‚`āš‘) The dam is really cool! Although it wasn't as cool as the one I've visited in Japan, it's a place for relaxing, the view is eye-soothing with blue calm waters and red maple leaves. We took pictures around the place and chilled a bit before leaving.

All photos edited with DxO FilmPack 3 and Lightroom 5.
