pan de pain

An unnecessarily separated food post from yesterday. I met up with xy after the hike for ramen in TST and we visited two museums before deciding to get dessert for dinner.
Pan de Pain is a new place I guess? (haven't been to TST in a long while) The cafe looks super cute with bright yellow and white interior, maybe that's one of the reasons for the queue even during dinner time :<
Anyways, the souffle pancakes were super fluffy, and we both loved the maple syrup. I got the salmon/avocado pancakes and they were surprisingly good! I got the sango coffee even if it's 7 p.m. cos I haven't got enough sleep even after dozing off in one of the cinemas in the Hong Kong Museum of History. It doesn't taste very strong and goes well with the sweetness of the hotcakes. I would give 4.5 stars -the 0.5 deducted from the crowd. The perks of being too popular.
