spring break in america : prologue

I finally processed most of the photos from March. I felt pretty down lately especially regarding photography, as my recent photos turned out soulless and boring. It was very depressing as I didn't know I would feel this way about photography. If you were following my Instagram, forgive my endless reminiscence of my travel days -there are simply too many photos piled up in my camera roll.

Back to where I should be at -we lyfted to the bus terminal in Oakland to take the overnight bus to LA, and I swore that I would never do that again. The bus had no problems -it was me. I didn't like that. And that was my first experience with the Union Station, as early as 4 a.m.. Pretty rare. I got myself a green tea latte and cleaned myself up before joining the tour.
This post shall cover our first day, which mainly involves traveling on the tour bus to Nevada and stopping by a London Bridge (yes, there's one in the States). It was really hot that day, with loud music and live band on the spot; we shared a rainbow shaved ice and left. Our tour guide Mark was a nice guy, and his son graduated from Cal. My roommates wanted to go drinking in the evening as there was a coupon for drinks. I had my first Baileys and learned that it wasn't a favourite of mine.
