We got on the Shonan Monorail at Ofuna and traveled in air to the Shonan Enoshima station in Katase town. Enoshima was just a bridge away from there, and the whole traveling experience there was just like they advertised, fast like roller coaster. It was such a fun way to travel through the residential area, and I have this strange obsession for cities where you can see the sea from (I literally translated this from 海の見える町).
Now I knew why people always wanted to plan some trips out of Tokyo when visiting the metropolis. It's always great to take a break from all the crowd and noise, and enjoy a little moment of peace in small quiet towns like this. The town felt empty but it breathes at a slow and relaxing pace.
